I work very hard to research and describe my items with the utmost accuracy, while bringing you the best deal I can.  With that being said I have a few rules I have to put in my auctions, because of so many unscrupulous people.
I am a very fair and reasonable seller and have been on ebay for 15 years and work hard to build a good reputation on here.
Questions are to be asked before purchasing or making an offer / bid on an item.  Do not make purchase then ask questions.  I will do my best to give you an answer and be honest with the condition and description of the item for sale.
"As is" denotes that the seller is selling, and the buyer is buying an item in whatever condition it presently exists, and that the buyer is accepting the item "with all faults", whether or not immediately apparent or described. This is the classic "buyer beware" situation, where the careful buyer should take the time to examine the item before accepting it, or obtain expert advice.  This is where asking the seller a question will be helpful.
Returns
Refunds will only be given for items not as described only if the buyer asks a question about the item in question, specifically related to the condition of the item.  Or in the case the item is inaccurately described.
